This 50-page book was created for the sale of a newly built apartment building in West Hollywood, California. The property had been professionally branded, it had a website with graphics inspired by the building’s unique interior design. There was an established color palette (black and gold). The client wanted the offering memorandum to reflect the building’s identity, he wanted to stick to the design style but stay away from any graphic elements. This was a very text-heavy book which I contrasted with full-page images.
